The impact of COVID-19: an industrial perspective

Endeavor is a non-profit organization made by visionary entrepreneurs as human capital representing high potential companies.

Since the early moments of the COVID-19 emergency, Endeavor has been working to tighten its network of entrepreneurs, mentors, board members and international offices in a series of initiatives in which entrepreneurs – mainly belonging to the Italian network – tell, in a global contexts, how they took up the challenge of the virus, tackling with honesty the issues of crisis, resilience and the need to reinvent themselves.

“The moment is certainly difficult but it is everyone’s responsibility, today more than ever, to remain in command of our companies instilling, albeit with due caution, a sensible optimism”.

Being part of this network allows you to understand what it really means to give back to the network what you receive when you join. And it is with this spirit that on  24th March in the webinar entitled “The impact of COVID-19: an industrial perspective” Guido Iannone – President Southern Europe All4labels, world leader group in the packaging sector, shares his experience.

The purpose of the webinar was to examine the impact of the virus from an industrial perspective, above all considering the essential production realities not affected by the lockdown.

“When this emergency is over, we’ll have learned a lot from the human perspective. We will know how important it is to be resilient and passionate, we will have learned to communicate better with people, our minds will be more flexible and readier to accept change day by day. In the post-Corona world, we will be better managers”.
